Who Are We?
With over 8 years as a senior Personal Trainer, Conor trains clients of all abilities and enjoys working closely with them to help push towards their goals on their terms!
Normally found asking about what food people are eating or eating himself, Conor is a huge foodie who enjoys meals out at the weekend. Spending time with his now Fiancee and 2 dogs who you won't hear the end of!
Having been in Personal Training for over 7 years, Luke works with all clients to ensure they can have their cake and eat it too. Working to allow them to achieve great results and have a good time doing so!
Enjoying playing rugby at the weekends and the beers that follow. Luke has both a great social life as well as spending time with his Fiancee and family. A typical Warrington lad, Luke likes to work hard and enjoy his downtime too!
Jake's aim is to help become the best version of you through health and fitness.
Jake's full of energy all of the time and is always positive and happy (sometimes annoyingly so!).
Jake's attention to detail is one of his most important traits as a trainer especially when it comes to his and his clients training.
Spending a lot of his time out of the gym socialising and eating out he enjoys living life out of the gym as well as working hard in the gym.

This is why we do it! Everyone from our clients, trainers, families, friends and kids love to get involved with our community. We regularly run events like fancy dress sessions, big group bootcamps, walks, socials and everything in between.
But what really makes us stand out is how supportive, friendly, hilarious and fun to be around our community is.
